\nThe soil, poor and with a large skeleton, is formed by metamorphic granites, rich in iron minerals.<\/p>\n
Grape variety: Vermentino 90%, Fiano 10%.
\nYield per hectare: 60 hectoliters
\nAlcohol content: 13%<\/p>\n
Vinification and aging: the manual harvest is followed by soft pressing. After racking, the fermentation takes place at 18 \u00b0 -20 \u00b0 C.The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for a few months. Bottling in late spring and long aging in the bottle.<\/p>\n
Pairings: balanced and fresh, with great character and surprising minerality.
\nSapid aftertaste with a hint of Mediterranean scrub.
